Jere was born on August 5, 1934 and passed away on Friday, April 13, 2012.
Jere was a resident of Pensacola, Florida at the time of his passing.
He graduated from Everett High School in Lansing, MI in 1953.
Jere joined the U.S. Marines in September 1953 for three years and served sixteen months in Korea.
He is survived by his wife Mary.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Monday, April 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
